The programs are offered to ensure trainees are provided with opportunities for vocation and self-reliance, providing the chance to support where possible the skills needed for future employment within this field.<\/p>\n

The workshop provides each trainee with the necessary skills to work as independently as possible, and takes into consideration each individual trainees\u2019 differences, where all trainees have Individual Training Plans which set their targets and goals according to their needs.<\/p>\n

Roles and tasks are distributed according to each trainees capabilities and progress is monitored throughout the terms.<\/p>\n
