Welcome to the Rashid Centre Education Department. One of our main goals is to challenge the common perception of special education for students of Determination, by providing a holistic education for students aged between four to Eighteen years.
Our Centre offers a warm and friendly mainstream-style environment with outstanding specialist support for students with Cerebral Palsy, Learning and Global Developmental Delays, Autism, Asperger’s Syndrome and associated communication and language needs.
We believe that differences must not be a barrier to success. We provide a well-rounded, differentiated and skilfully-supported balanced curriculum, which includes Sports, technology, arts, and life skills which are a prominent feature of our enrichment activities.
Through our distinctive approach we encourage and develop our students to be the very best they can be – giving them the confidence to be themselves. We celebrate success, drawing out their incredible abilities. Our students are happy, and experience individual opportunity to shine.
